Equipment Confirmation. I confirm that the equipment available on site is rated to handle up to 3,000 lbs per piece. I understand that if material is delivered to site and cannot be unloaded, full freight charges apply. Natural Stone Source Ontario is not responsible for delivery complications resulting from inadequate unloading equipment.

Ownership and Returns. I understand that once material is unloaded at the delivery site, it becomes my property. Returns, exchanges, and credits require the customer to arrange and pay for return transportation. No credits or returns are accepted on material that has been unloaded, used, or altered on site.
